Optical Display Marketing

CU Later Corporation is a leader in optical display marketing. We are a small advertising boutique that specializes in the area known as “augmented reality”, which includes heads-up displays and virtual retinal imaging. We have seasoned account executives and copywriters who can prepare a first-class marketing campaign for your products or services. We also sell leads consisting of potential customers for the augmented reality industry. Sales leads are a great way for you to set up presentations with interested parties, in both the private and public sectors.

We have represented a fantastic roster of clients and products:

  • GBB Oregon – Augmented Reality Heads Up Display: This product proves that your windshield can do a lot more than deflect bugs. Rather, think of your windshield as a large empty canvas ready to display useful data like traffic problems, travel directions, safety alerts, even a compass and GPS information. GBB Oregon’s is a real working system, well beyond the display concepts offered by Pioneer and General Motors. The system projects lasers onto the windshield in a manner that suggests 3D depth. The system is so nifty, it can project a turn signal onto your windshield that is lined up with an upcoming exit. While other systems project only in red, the GBB Oregon system operates in three colors plus shades of grey.
  • Relative Viewpoint – EyePilot Wearable Display: California-based Relative Viewpoint offers a wearable display that projects images directly onto the wearer’s retina. The projected light is perfectly safe on your retina, and as far as the viewer is concerned, looks like a 18-inch display that just floats transparently at a perceived (but not real) distance of 1 yard. The technology used actually has its roots in laser and inkjet printers. As an example of the device’s application is overlaying operating manuals onto tools and machinery. Relative Viewpoint is hoping to adopt the EyePilot technology into a worldwide selection of consumer products that lead the industry in creating the immersed augmented reality experience.
  • TinyVision – MicroProjector: This exciting product extends the capabilities of smartphones, personal digital displays, cameras and notepads by projecting images via an embedded display. It’s like a slide or movie projector in your hand-held device. This ultra-small projection module operates in full color and produces high-resolution images in a power-efficient way. TinyVision will engineer these devices to the specifications of OEMs and can be produced in high volumes. Developers can create MicroProjector applications using the TinyVision toolkit.

We are very excited about our special marketing niche, and look forward to new challenges in the augmented reality sector.
